Powerful. Positive. Life-changing. While these might be loft goals for your content to reach, without at least aspiring to reach them, you’ll never come close. Too much content marketing these days is focused on the marketing, and not the content. There’s much discussion around “content doesn’t matter—it’s the distribution”. Don’t get so caught up in the hype. You still must create content that solves a problem and addresses a true need, otherwise all the distribution in the world won’t help. And believe me, if you have powerful content, distribution becomes that much easier. —B
